La obra forma parte de la serie “La insoportable levedad del ser” donde a través del retrato, el cuerpo se pone en relación con elementos de la naturaleza para hablar sobre aquello que resiente al ser. Estos textiles construyen a través de la unión y la repetición paisajes internos. “Las piedras de Sísifo”, hacen alusión al mito. En la obra el cuerpo nos presenta su carga. El peso de cada carga es diferente. Algunas más duras de levantar, otras más leves. Cada cuerpo es consciente del peso que lleva a cuesta. 

The artwork is part of the series «La insoportable levedad del ser» (The unbearable lightness of being) where through the portrait, the body is put in relation with elements of nature to talk about that which resents the being. These textiles construct internal landscapes through union and repetition. «The Sisyphus stones» allude to the myth. In the work, the body presents us with its burden. The weight of each burden is different. Some are harder to lift, others lighter. Each body is aware of the weight it carries.
