Diálogos de una noche oscura, retoma la poesía de Ernestina Champourcin, poeta de la generación del 27, para desarrollar una producción artística que juega con los límites de la poesía, imagen y materia. Se toma el libro Canto Inútil como referente para trabajar sobre sus poemas y extraer de ellos conceptos y versos que evoquen una serie de “espectros”, palabras evocadoras que tocan afectos; palabras que reverberan en la memoria. La intención era realizar una serie de intervenciones corporales a partir del texto seleccionado, que posteriormente se registraron en imágenes para formar parte de un libro.
Dialogues of a dark night, takes up the poetry of Ernestina Champourcin, poet of the generation of ’27, to develop an artistic production that plays with the limits of poetry, image and matter. The book Canto Inútil is taken as a reference to work on her poems and extract from them concepts and verses that evoke a series of «spectres», evocative words that touch affections; words that reverberate in the memory. The intention was to carry out a series of bodily interventions based on the selected text, which were subsequently recorded in images to form part of a book.
La metodología de trabajo es un proceso de traslación. Hay una constante reflexión sobre ¿cómo trasladar la palabra poética a un cuerpo? ¿cómo trasladar un cuerpo a una imagen? Y ¿cómo trasladar la imagen a un soporte?
The working methodology is a process of translation. There is a constant reflection on how to transfer the poetic word to a body, how to transfer a body to an image, and how to transfer the image to a support.
