Estas mismas culturas, durante tiempos de guerra conservaban la cabeza del enemigo para que la mujer tejiera con su pelo prendas de vestir que permitieran transferir esos conocimientos y habilidades a la familia. Todos forman “Circunstancias”, una pieza que habla de aquellos acontecimientos que quedan grabados en el cuerpo y forman una pesada compañía. El pelo contiene las historias, el texto la frustración del recuerdo y el vídeo la acción desesperada de romper con el pasado.

Ancient Latin American cultures of the Andes held that a person’s wisdom and skills were preserved after death in the hair. These same cultures, during times of war, preserved the head of the enemy so that women could weave clothes with the hair to transfer that knowledge and skills to the family.
